  • Customer should visit nearest DTB and fill the mobile banking registration forms and hand over to bank officers.
  • Once the details are captured in the system, the customer shall be notified with One Time pin code through SMS.
  • Customer can use the mobile banking either by typing USSD code as *150*77# or downloading the Mobile app.

The prospect Wakala (Sole priopertors – both formal and informal, and limited companies need to visit any of the DTB Branches with the below documentations:

You may open a bank account with DTB by visiting any of our branches with below requirements -:
Personal savings account

  • Valid NIDA ID / passport / driving license
  • 1 passport size photograph
  • Introduction letter from employer
  • Valid residence / work permit for expatriates

Current account
In addition to the above requirements, the applicant will bring a valid business license, TIN certificate, certificate of incorporation and company memarts

 

  • You may use Money Transfer Services (MTS) - Western Union MoneyGram which caters for personal and family maintenance transfers with a ceiling of USD 10,000
  • Or us Telegraphic Transfers (TT) for cross border business transfers
